Directions for Use
Wind approximately 18 inches of tape around your middle fingers, leaving a couple of inches of tape to work with. Gently guide the wide tape between teeth using a smooth, back-and-forth motion. Curve the tape around the side of each tooth and clean gently beneath the gumline.
Do not snap tape aggressively into gums. Dispose of used section after each tooth or session for optimal hygiene.
