Telfast Fast Acting Hayfever Allergy Relief 180 mg is a non-drowsy antihistamine medicine containing fexofenadine hydrochloride 180 mg per tablet. It is used for the relief of symptoms associated with hay fever and other allergies, including sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy and watery eyes, and an itchy throat. It can also relieve symptoms associated with itchy skin rash or hives (urticaria).

Directions for Use
For adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over, the official product information recommends one 120 mg tablet once daily. Children under 12 years should not use this 120 mg formulation. Follow the instructions in the patient information leaflet or advice provided by a doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use with other medicines containing paracetamol. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children.
